NKEM STUDIO accepts returns of eligible standard clothing and accessories within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original artworks, personalised products and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

To request a return, customers must contact NKEM STUDIO within 14 days of receiving their order. Return instructions will be provided upon request.

This voluntary return policy does not affect customers' statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods under Swiss law.
